1. Overview

Remedii LLC ("Remedii," "we," "us," or "our") operates remedii.ai and its related product sites (collectively, the "Site"). This policy explains what information we collect when you use the Site, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information directly from you and automatically as you interact with the Site:

• Project intake (AI wizard): When you use our AI project-scoping assistant, we store your conversation, the generated project brief, your name (optional), and your email address.
• Contact form: When you send us a message, we collect your name, email address, subject, and message content.
• Technical data: We log a one-way hash of your IP address (not the IP itself) for rate-limiting and abuse prevention, along with standard request metadata such as timestamps.
• Session tokens: A short-lived, signed token is issued to your browser while the AI wizard is open. It expires automatically after 30 minutes and contains no personal data.

We do not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or third-party analytics on this Site.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To respond to project inquiries and contact form submissions
• To generate and review project briefs submitted through the AI intake wizard
• To prevent abuse, spam, and excessive use of our systems (rate limiting)
• To maintain and improve the security and reliability of the Site

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

4. Service Providers

We rely on a small number of trusted vendors to operate the Site. Each processes data only as needed to provide their service to us:

• Anthropic (Claude API): Powers the AI project-scoping assistant. Messages you send to the wizard are transmitted to Anthropic to generate a response.
• Neon (Postgres database): Stores submitted project briefs and lead information securely.
• Resend: Delivers contact form submissions to our team via email.
• Vercel: Hosts and serves the Site.

These providers are contractually and technically restricted from using your data for their own purposes.

5. Data Retention

We retain project briefs and contact submissions for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and maintain business records, or until you request deletion. Hashed IP addresses used for rate limiting are automatically purged from memory on a rolling basis and are never linked back to a real IP address.

6. Your Rights

You may contact us at any time to:

• Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your information from our systems
• Withdraw consent for further contact

7. Data Security

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections (TLS), signed session tokens, hashed IP storage, and access-restricted databases. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information using commercially reasonable means.

8. Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
