1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of remedii.ai and its related product sites (the "Site"), operated by Remedii LLC ("Remedii," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable local, state, national, or international law
• Attempt to interfere with, compromise, or disrupt the Site's systems, security, or availability
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the Site without our written permission
• Misuse the AI project intake assistant for purposes other than scoping a genuine project inquiry, including attempts to manipulate, abuse, or extract unintended behavior from it
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form on the Site

3. The AI Intake Assistant

The Site includes an AI-powered assistant that helps prospective clients describe and scope a project idea. Responses generated by the assistant are produced by a third-party large language model and are provided for informational and scoping purposes only. They do not constitute a quote, contract, professional advice, or a guarantee of project scope, cost, or timeline. Any engagement with Remedii is subject to a separate, mutually signed agreement.

4. Intellectual Property

The Site and its original content, design, graphics, logos, and branding are the property of Remedii LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written consent.

Information you submit to us — such as a project brief or contact message — remains yours. By submitting it, you grant us a limited license to use it solely to evaluate, respond to, and (if you choose to engage us) deliver on your inquiry.

5. No Professional Relationship

Browsing the Site, using the AI intake assistant, or submitting a contact form does not create a client, contractor, or any other professional relationship between you and Remedii. A formal engagement begins only upon execution of a separate written agreement between the parties.

6. Third-Party Services & Links

The Site may reference or link to third-party products, services, or websites (including our own products such as Skopii and Archon). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site, and linking to them does not imply endorsement.

7. Disclaimers

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Remedii LLC and its members, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Site.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent changes. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Minnesota.
